AMTI-Sunbelt was awarded the civil design contract with Thalden-Boyd Architects (St. Louis, MO) to redesign the old Marina. The contract includes preparing a new 404(b) permit through the Army Corps of Engineers, interfacing with the Colorado River Commission and providing infrastructure for this and four future phases of development on the site. The first phase will include a design of a new Marina and docks of sufficient design for a larger ferry to be provided by the Tribe. Later phases include a hotel tower, multi-level parking, park/play areas, residential lots and a re-sculpted beach.

AMTI-Sunbelt is working with Clark Architects on a new 5 story tower adjacent to the London Bridge. The tower will replace the existing commercial 2 story structure adjacent to the London Bridge Resort. The first level, along the boardwalk, will be commercial, with 4 levels of condominiums. Design efforts will include upgrading the sewer, water and storm drain systems for the resort area. A two story parking and administration building is included in the project.
AMTI Sunbelt AZ was awarded a contract from Hal Hayes Construction to provide materials testing on the Princess Cove Access Road Paving project. The project consists on grading and paving approx 4.4 miles of roadway within the Lake Mead Recreational Area.
AMTI was awarded a contract from Lapour Partners to provide various special inspections and materials testing associated with the construction of one commercial building four stories in height with a roof section. Also AMTI did the Geotechnical Engineering Exploration Report for this site.

The project consists of a 640-acre master planned residential subdivision consisting of 300 custom home lots situated atop the Black Mountain Range located in Henderson, NV. AMTI is providing Geotechnical, Geophysical, Testing and Inspection Services during the infrastructure development of this project.

4-Lot, 5-acre minor subdivision. This relatively new project is a LEED for homes pilot project. The project will encompass the engineering, design and green planning for a custom home development to obtain LEED certification.

The project is a 20-acre commercial subdivision, which involved the civil design of off-site and onsite infrastructure as well the mapping and construction staking for the site. Since the site was located in the FEMA Special Flood Hazard Area, hydrology and hydraulics were employed in managing the flood related issues imposed on the site. AMTI is providing the geotechnical and geophysical services, as well as materials testing and inspections during grading, concrete, steel, welding, rebar and masonry.

The project is the construction of a 9-acre residential subdivision consisting of 28 detached single-family dwellings. The project consisted of the civil design of off-site and onsite infrastructure, mapping and hydrologic analysis for the site.
